Newcastle All Sports Association and Sporting Oklahoma Announce Partnership at Pinecrest Park

As part of its continued effort to deliver opportunities for youth athletes, Newcastle All Sports Association is pleased to
announce it has partnered with Sporting Oklahoma to provide soccer programming for the City of Newcastle and its
surrounding communities. Sporting Oklahoma is an Official Academy Affiliate of Major League Soccer franchise, Sporting
Kansas City. Sporting Oklahoma provides participants with a unique player pathway to the highest level of professional
play in the United States‐ Major League Soccer.

Josh Howard, President of Newcastle All Sports Association commented on the partnership with Sporting Oklahoma.
“The NASA organization is excited about the new partnership with Sporting Oklahoma,” he said. “Along with their focus
and commitment to provide recreational soccer in the community of Newcastle, their ability to offer all levels of soccer
under one umbrella was too good of an opportunity to pass up! There are exciting times ahead for soccer in Newcastle.”

Sporting Oklahoma President, Matthew Smith, commented on the partnership with Newcastle All Sports Association.
“We are grateful for the opportunity to partner with NASA in an effort to grow youth soccer in the area and we look
forward to serving the community,” he said. “We invite players and parents to be part of a unique culture driven by the
mission, vision, and core values of Sporting Oklahoma.”

Sporting Oklahoma will provide recreational soccer at Pinecrest Park for boys and girls, beginning at U4, as well as an
Academy Program for boys and girls ages U5 through U10. Recreational teams will be staffed with volunteer parent
coaches who will receive administrative support, coach education and training curriculum designed to assist in player
development and creating a fun learning environment. The Academy Program is staffed with professional coaches and
provides an opportunity for advanced development of players.

Director of Soccer Operations for Sporting Oklahoma, Sean McMannis, commented on recreational soccer at Pinecrest
Park. “At the core of our recreational program is our desire to encourage early engagement and a lifelong interest in the
sport,” he said. “With recreational soccer, we are focused on developing character, encouraging physical fitness, and
fostering personal growth for our players. We are looking forward to hosting fun and exciting weekends at Pinecrest
Park!”

Academy Program Director of Coaching, Danny Frid, commented on the Academy Program at Pinecrest Park. “Our
Academy players are the future of our club and community. Our investment in the development of these young players
is an investment in their future success both on and off the field,” he said. “In our Academy, we focus on developing
advanced technical and tactical skills in a positive learning environment designed to maximize individual player
development.”
